- RCRob CNov 5, 20251.0I hate leaving bad reviews. But ive had it. Possibly one of the absolute worst subways in the entirety of oahu. Not only are the servers curt and rude, but, I also never fail to get a sloppy sandwich completely falling apart when I unwrap it. Which is crazy becuase as someone else has said, theyre skimpy on giving out ingredients. I once saw a server scoop a little sauce back off my sandwich. Not an extra meat ball or something that wasnt paid for. No... Less than a teaspoon of sauce. Like, really? But today I picked up my order and asked about my drink. They said its all inside the bag. Um, All of it? My medium drink? They replied its a 20 Oz pepsi zero bottle. I said I ordered a medium meal. I even pointed at my receipt stapled to the damn bag that its a medium drink. She then sternly said no its a 20 oz bottle. You ordered a bottle. Thats the cost of a bottle (which its not). Cool... I've been coming to this subway for 2 and a half years and it has always given problems to me. Screw this place. Save yourself the headache. Walk the 2 extra blocks to the fort street mall subway. Maybe they wont lie to you. P.s.: I regret tipping
- SPSwardhuni PetheJul 15, 20253.0They were skimping on veggies (3-4 spinach leaves/green pepper sticks) and dressing on a veggie-only footlong sandwich. Had to be told to add more. Seemed very careless with the sandwich, although there were no other customers. Probably depends on who's the preparer.
- JJJennaMay 31, 20184.0Just a regular Subway. The staff is quick and knows how to turnover sandwiches for those quick downtown lunches. I always order ahead online if I can and I've never had an issue with my platters or sandwiches being late. They're also happy to pack stuff on the side like mustard, mayo, jalepenos, etc. that not everyone might want on a sandwich. Space is small but there are tables outside. Also, a Starbucks next door.
