Terrible customer service.

I ordered a sandwich online for pick up as I work nearby. When I showed up to the store, they asked for my name which I gave but told them the online order did not ask for my name so it might not show up under my name. They refused to check my order details and told me to go check the other fort street location, even though I knew it was this location. I still went to the location across the street just to check, and of course they did not have. So I returned to the store and notified them, very respectfully, that the other location did not have it since I ordered it at this location. The older ladies working there decided to start raising their voice at me as they continue to ask for my name. I responded, AGAIN, “my name is X, but the order did not ask for my name but I have the order description and order ID”. They continued to say they did not have the order. So I asked them if they could look up the order on their POS system, which then the ladies refused to do. I used to work at a similar sub company, as a manager, and if a customer came in, we would always check the POS system. But these ladies kept saying “we didn’t get a receipt with your name and we cannot look up your order ID” and kept raising their voice saying “NO, NO”.
So then I asked could I get a refund, which then they again raised their voice and said “no, you need to do it online because we don’t have your order”. After everything, I looked online to see how to refund, and every resource says that you can only refund in store.
This whole ordeal cost me around 30 minutes and still left with no food, no refund, and horrible customer service.

The 12" subs measured shorter than 12". We thought Subway corrected this issue nationwide but think the franchisee is still cutting corners with the subs they're selling us patrons.
