  We ordered lunch with the intent that it would be delivered to the location we specified. We placed an online order paid 20% tip and delivery fee, only to get a text from the delivery service that they couldn’t deliver because it was on a military installation, which he did not have access to. Needless to say we had to get someone to drive out to meet the delivery person to obtain our order. If we had to pick up we could have used the carry out deals or just decide on other food options. This was very inconvenient n inconsiderate, someone has to figure out how to make sure that customer’s order can be delivered as requested. We definitely lost out today. And the food was not hot. 🤦‍♀️

  We stopped at this pizza hut after leaving Ica Palace and the staff were very helpful and nice. The wait wasn't crazy even though they had lots of delivery orders going out. They also have access to deliver on base HOW AWESOME IS THAT ( sidenote: Please tip ya delivery driver). They also helped me to start my birthday weekend off nicely and for that I am soo thankful. That act of kindness and care for someone They don't even know really made my night. So THANK YOU to the staff that worked friday night September 5th 2025

  Usually order carry out, but decided to try delivery today. I live real close and didn't think anything of it. My food arrived almost 90 minutes after I ordered and was room temperature to boot. Customer service was no help. Their food is not that great to begin with. Couple that with bad service and I can absolutely live without Pizza Hut.
