    I’ve ordered so many times regularly from this location and this is the first time I placed a delivery order because I couldn’t walk or drive from a broken leg. My sister received the pizza like thirty minutes ago and when i finally opened it i could tell the pizza was looking off from their regular crust. The crust is a regular crust but the way they thinned the dough was wayyy too thin so the actual pizza was way too thin. Called the store asked for a replacement the GM Jun said it would take another hour and so I asked for a refund and I’ll deliver it myself and he hung up the phone on me. There’s no one more higher up than him…like I’ve never had any problems before and I really hope it’s just a one time thing or I might have to start ordering from another branch…

    Beware insanely scummy business practices here. I walked in to order, only to see that the menu has no prices listed on it. When I asked the worker at the register if they had anything for me to see the prices before ordering, he just said "no". Forget just restaurants, I have never seen another business in my life that expects you to purchase their products before letting you know how much it costs. Spend your money literally anywhere else. If coming in physically, there are several better restaurants (that actually tell you how much they will charge you before they do so) within a 1 minute walk, and if ordering delivery just call dominos or something.

    Love the papa dipper although Uber Eats forgot my soda. If I call kapahulu store again and the person who helped me tonight makes that sound about me living in, not Kuliouou but, Hawaii Kai I’m gonna rip his lips off!😉
