  After the delivery I did Not see it, billing/receipt or receipts? Reach for my receipt and found that I have 2 receipts? First 1 is mine BUT the other I just thought it was an extra from last delivery and it got stuck w/mines. ALL of MY information is on this OTHER billing called mentioned it and did not like what I was hearing. Told her I'll deal with the bank and yesterday a holiday. Called it this morning and they were going to look through my spending or charge. Today I asked for a GM or Head NOT assistance Head Mg. Call went through to Mg. I explained and went over it 2 billing receipt is showing MY card? Next thing My call? Without any notice a man's voice? 1 thing I was trained, plus trained others! Upon leaving the phone for what ever reason let the person who YOU are talking to.. know that You need more of a backup, explain why! Don't pass the buck , ESPECIALLY when the other person tells you that No she didn't pass it it's just that I know better about this? Did I REALLY get the MG. 🤔 I mean shouldn't She be explaining, why You. I said "I was talking to the MG." ? He said Yes, but I know how to do this! 1: before leaving a conversation with someone it's Only proper to let the customer, know that you are leaving & reason why? Introduce the person that's coming to the phone. 2nd: Protocol trained very well with it. To where I, trained the newer ones coming to the company. Procedure : a series of steps followed in a regular definite order. ALL of this is Customer Service.

  We have bought Papa John pizzas for years . However, lately it continues to arrive burnt (4 last times). The first time I reported it, Sebastian, Shift Mgr was very nice & accommodating. However, no one believed us & refused to call him, so pizza was delayed a day. Burnt also, but did not complain as other managers there are quite rude. Then we ordered it other night. It was also burnt. The manager on duty (Chelsa?) was very cold but did give me her number to send photo of burnt pizza. So they remade it last night. Not only was it burnt but I assume, due to it being a “made over” pizza, it had half of all the toppings. Should have taken photo. Thinnest (& burnt pizza) pizza I have ever seen in my life. Buy from Pizza Hut instead. One can order take out or delivery directly from both of them, also using cash.

  This place will steal from you. They take your money for items they don’t have and then send someone to only deliver some of the items without giving you a refund. Tried to call and handle it over the phone but the young boy manager just want to cuss me out and tell me he needs to talk to his GM to get a solution but then says there isn’t a solution. Could not make up his mind. Again, they will take your money and not give you the items you ordered.
