Steak was above average but not top notch as expected for a well known brand. My son's medium rare steak was done between medium and medium well.

I like the filet mignon from the Longhorn steakhouse in Richmond Virginia, it was sautéed much better than the Morton’s and also much softer. As a Canadian that had been to the Keg Steakhouse in Vancouver BC and Longhorns in the States, I didn’t realize that the filet mignon doesn’t come with any accompaniment. We did order a creamed spinach, but baked potatoes go great with steaks. I will remember to order an enhancement of baked potato next time at the Morton’s. I really like the managers going around to talk to each table, making everyone feel like VIP. Also don’t forget to order the cheesecake for dessert. It tasted really good.
- CFCreative FunDec 6, 20251.0Horrible experience, waiters take your plates too quickly and push dessert right after you take one bite of the steak, very rushed disrespectful experience, nothing is enjoyable he took our steak and packed one tiny peace of steak, packed the bread but no butter, packed no hot sauce as asked, food was taken too quickly of the table before I even finished it, how disrespectful the way waiters grab your food off the table, rushing you to order a dessert while eating steak rushing you to leave while eating a dessert, not packing everything that they off your table in to go not giving you fork to go when you are staying at a hotel, waiters don't care just want you to leave not kind just pressure salesmen I was hoping for an amazing experience instead I was rushed and pushed to order dessert then the steak was taken away too quickly for a dessert to be brought up the full steak wasn't packed in, extremely disappointed ☹️ not a good restaurant the steak was undercooked, not a good experience very rushed very unpleasant please try Signiture steakhouse on top of Ala Moana hotel
