At Momosan, noodles are front and center. Whether indulging in a bowl of signature tonkotsu ramen, tokyo chicken ramen, tantan, or tsukemen, you’ll realize it is quality you can only find dining with an Iron Chef. Stop by alone and grab a seat at the bar, or with a group and relax at one of the communal tables. Drop in for a lunch set, or feast on appetizers and noodles for dinner. Wash it all down with a Morimoto signature sake, beer, or wine. No matter which path you choose, with your meal in the hands of Momo san, it’s bound to be unforgettable.

We popped by this restaurant, only had a short wait to get a table, lovely waitresses and quick customer service. Food came out all at once and very quickly which was great, and we were so full afterwards!! Portions were good sizes to share. The only let down was the bao buns that were slightly soggy but not worth complaining about for the price of the item either. Reasonable pricing especially as Aussies travelling with a not so great currency conversion. Overall an easy place to pop in for a quick easy shared meal.

The noodles were far too greasy and heavy, meat was cold. Most importantly, the ramen is significantly overpriced for the quality you receive. You can find much better bowls for a lower price elsewhere.
The worst part was the "mistake" on the bill. They handed me a check for a completely different order that was much more expensive than what I actually ate. If I hadn't been paying close attention, I would have been charged a lot of extra money. It felt like a deliberate attempt to cheat customers.

This was a very disappointing experience. Our order was forgotten, and we were made to wait over 30 minutes with no updates or communication. We eventually received only part of what we ordered. When we asked about the rest, a different waiter came back and told us that the remaining food had already been made and was just waiting, which made the situation even more frustrating. After such a long and poorly handled wait, we ultimately cancelled the rest of the order.
The lack of organization, communication, and regard for the customer was unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere where customers are actually valued.
If I could give zero stars for service, I would.

Our favorite Ramen restaurant is Marugame udon but we decided to try Momosan, thinking how different can it be. but we were extremely disappointed with food quality and service. Also note that price was doubled compared to Marugame Udon.
Edamame was under cooked. Asked to replace pork in Tan Tan ramen with chicken. They did that but chicken was cooked before and was served on ramen cold. They told me about this at the order time but I still can't believe they serverd such food cold.
The noodle in ramen was not good neither, it seemed liked supermarket noodles just boiled for 2 mins.
They were not accommodating for kids, for example I asked if they can cook the salmon on Poke, but they refused. No kids menu.
The service was fast, however they were in a rush to bring the bill and get us out.

Terrible experience and unacceptable treatment of a customer
This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had—not because of the food, but because of how customers are treated.
After finishing my meal, I tried to pay with my Visa card, which clearly works elsewhere. The restaurant refused to accept it solely because it also has UnionPay on it. This is not my problem as a customer—if a business chooses to limit payment methods, that should be made clear in advance.
I then offered to pay in euros, which I had on hand, and they refused that as well, saying they don’t accept foreign currency.
The manager then told me that my only option was to leave my phone or my ID as collateral while I went to an ATM to get cash. I explained that I was not comfortable leaving my personal belongings or identification behind. As a reasonable compromise, I offered to leave €50 in cash as collateral, which the manager also refused.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the manager threatened me with arrest for trespassing if I didn’t comply. I told them they were free to call the police.
When the police arrived, they sided with the restaurant and insisted that I must leave my ID or phone as collateral to get cash. This whole situation was humiliating and unnecessary.
I paid for my meal in the end, but the way this restaurant handled the situation was hostile, inflexible, and completely disrespectful. Customers should never be threatened, intimidated, or forced to surrender personal belongings over payment policies that were never clearly disclosed.
I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
