    I have been in line at your drive-thru for the last 41 minutes. This is plain ridiculous, you folks are a disgrace to the McDonald’s name. You serve anything but “fast” food. I could’ve made it home to Makakilo faster than it took me to get to the speaker to place my order. How many employees do you have working tonight, just the one? If I could’ve given you negative stars I would have. You folks are HORRIBLE.

    I came in today on 10/7/25 around 9:40, I ordered 3 sausage biscuits 1 hashbrown a large caramel frappe and a sausage mcmuffin sub bacon meal large with a caramel frappe. The lady taking the order was sweet and tried her best to help with my order and got everything right once I came to the window to help her understand what I wanted. I proceed to pay get my receipt and pull forward, I receive a bag of food and then my drinks. I then ask the kind lady at the window for jelly she tells me to check in the bag to see if she put some in there and she did so I drive to park and check my food, I see two hash browns and what seem to be 3 wrapped sausage biscuits. So I go inside to get my other sandwich and I am met with the manager working the store. I tell her that I just came through and they had forgotten my sandwich she asks if I have the receipt I show her I do and then she asks what the sandwich was I tell her she tells the line to make one and then she asks the worker what the sandwich he handed her twice and then puts it in a bag laughs turns around looks at me and then takes two steps towards the counter and then tosses it instead of just handing it to me. I thought that was rude but I took it on the chin said thank you and walked out. I proceed to go home and eat my food after wasting an extra 15 minutes to just get a sandwich my food was cold and I realized that one of the wrapped sausage biscuits wasn’t a sausage biscuit and on the inside of the wrapper it had the sticker for modifications on the sandwich which I didn’t order so I called and asked if I can come in and get a refund for my whole order after wasting my time gas and money for food I didn’t order. She argues with me about having to have a receipt even though I showed her before and already came in, she saw my face and had an uncomfortable interaction with me. Then I ask if I need to bring in the food and she said no that won’t be necessary. So I come back in with my receipt expecting to just hand it to her and get my money back knowing the unreasonable situation of poor food service and customer service. But that’s not what happened and she demanded that I bring in the food or I wouldn’t get a refund even though she told me I didn’t need it. She wanted an explanation and wanted to argue with me over this whole situation, she was rude, entitled, snarky, disrespectful and it was just honestly sad to see that they have someone in that supervisor position managing that store in that manner. She then tells me she is only giving me a refund for two sandwiches because the rest of the food isn’t in front of her to take back and throw away. I just agree to get some of my money back and stop the argument. Then I realize she gave me more money than she should’ve for two sandwiches because she doesn’t care about her job or where any of the money goes so hopefully someone in a higher position than her sees this and realizes that their store is being supervised by an immature adult who only comes in to get paid and go home.
