Understaffed. Rude staff. Do not wear name tags. Kia, the manager, did not have a name tag. Drink machines have NO ICE. tables dirty. Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever seen.

ÉVITER CE MAC DONALD A COTÉ DE L’AÉROPORT !!!! Le 28 décembre à 23h, nous avons commandé un Mac crispy à emporter et il n’y avait que du poulet pané entre 2 pains avec petites 2 tranches de cornichons (photo) !! Ma fille a rajouté du ketchup car il n’y avait pas de salade ni tomate… Nous sommes très déçu par Mac Donald et irons manger des burgers ailleurs !!!

The service is absolutely deplorable! If your inside they call your number and walk away. If you need ketchup or anything they just ignore you. They don't value you as a customer at all. They just act irrated that they have to do something!

I was refused in making an order by employee at 12/25/2025 04:19 AM at Drive window, because I don’t have a vehicle. She said that I can make an order as walking customer only during dinning room hours 05:00 am - 11:00 PM. Is it really such rule?

staying at the airport hotel for one night on vacation. It’s 2am and no food around besides the McDonald’s a block away from the hotel. Walk to it and the lobby is not open and i was refused service at the window. Most people are here on vacation and don’t have a car. Was told to
Try the app or uber. I tried the McDonald’s app and could not order curbside pickup. Tried uber eats and they could not do pick up either. Finally decided just to order from uber eats for delivery back to the hotel. Waited an hour and a half just to be told no drivers could pick up any orders cause it’s closed…. It’s 24 hours open. My order and money was taken but no drivers could get the food. This is the worst service and experience trying to get food I have ever had on a vacation. There is nothing to eat anywhere and I have to go
Hungry all night. Called to complain over the phone about my experience and the lady just said come back at 5 we open the lobby then. This McDonald’s is the worst I have experienced. And waisted my whole night expecting to eat. Now I’m hungry and can’t get anything or even order anything. Just get teased about it coming.
