- NSNick SarjiDec 23, 20251.0Came in to pick up my mobile order. Waited for over 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Eventually managed to get a hold of one of the employees to ask where my food was. Employee turns around and grabs a bag from the kitchen area - apparently my order had been ready for a while, but none of the workers had actually brought it to the front. Obviously everything was cold and the fries were soggy. No offer to get a new batch of fries or even an apology. To add the cherry on top, they had made the order incorrectly (ordered no mayo, had mayo on everything). Ridiculous experience. Shame!
