When I finally got up to the window she had my bag. I did not order a drink. She was taking an order and couldn't even hand me the bag and smile. I got irritated and asked why it was taking soooo long for people to get their orders. She told me other people had to wait also. Im fully aware of that because I had to sit and wait for those people. So she got mad and told me to grow up. It was like 8pm on a Saturday night and it was not busy. Its just a reminder why its been so long (year?) Since ive been to mcdonalds. I wont be coming back any time soon probably not until I forget how this manoa McDonald's is not on top of their fast food game.

I waited over 30 minutes while watching cars move quickly through the drive-thru, and not a single worker came out to check on what I was waiting for. I eventually had to call the store myself, and they told me they “never got the order.” Right after I called, the app suddenly marked my order as picked up, even though I still hadn’t received anything. In total, I wasted about 45 minutes just trying to get two orders of fries. Extremely disappointing service, and I won’t be returning to this location.
