So I went this morning and asked to speak to someone for help. I waited 20 minutes standing in front of the pickup counter. The cashier I spoke to asked me if they came to talked to me yet. I told her nobody. She told her manager Lolita Again that a customer needed help. Lolita finally approached me and I explained my situation. All she replied was, "And den?!" So I asked what can we do? May i have a refund, or something of equivalence? "No im not working last night, im not doing that. I have to call the manager last night to see." Then she went back to drive thru bagging, repeating "that's not my fault." Another 6 minutes go by and i asked her if she can call last evening's manager like she said she had to. She snapped back wait im busy! I told her when because I need to go to work soon. She retorted, "That's not my problem! That's not my fault! That's your fault!" She walked away. I was highly offended by the way the situation was handled. In fact it wasn't handled at all. A kind employee asked me to wait 3 to 5 days to see if it gets automatically refunded since the order was never picked up. Why couldnt the manager just say that?!

Sandwiches are made sloppy. There used to be a male manager there before and he was very good. Very efficient, now she is the worst.
