I am writing to report an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I had with a manager at your location. I was informed that walking through the drive-through is not allowed. I explained my situation and why I have had to walk through the drive-through, and I also showed her a receipt from the night before, demonstrating that this had already been done without issue. Instead of addressing the situation or offering a resolution, she slammed the door in my face and was dismissive of my explanation. She then threatened to call the police and have me trespassed.
I found this interaction extremely distasteful and inappropriate. Regardless of store policy, this is not how a customer concern should be handled. I was attempting to resolve the situation calmly and respectfully, and I was met with hostility rather than assistance. I would like this incident reviewed and would appreciate follow-up regarding what steps will be taken to address this behavior and ensure customers are treated with basic respect in the future.
