I just had the most frustrating experience. I ordered my food and when I got to the pickup window was told to pull into spot 1 and wait for my food. Over ten minutes went by and I tried to call but got no answer so I got back into the long drive thru line. I explained that at this point it had been over 20 minutes since I ordered and I didn’t have my food. The women apologized and I pulled forward. She then told me she had let her manager know. I pull forward and I was handed a bag of food that had clearly been sitting for 30 minutes. So instead of the manager at the BARE MINIMUM giving me fresh food they gave me the food that had been sitting since I ordered half an hour prior.
