This is the worst McDonald’s location that I have been. They’re super slow. They don’t care about customers. The french fries the burgers and the sandwiches are TERRIBLE every single time , MY BIGGEST SUGGESTION IS GO TO DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!

McDonalds Hawai’i should be embarrassed for how this store is managed and maintained. I’m standing at the counter when they call my name/order, then they just set it behind the counter and walk away, not even giving me 3 seconds to receive it. Literally went behind the counter to grab it myself. And then let’s talk about the sheer level of disgusting as soon as you walk in the door. Trash is literally overflowing. And not just the one by the front door but all the trash is overflowing(see images). How gross and embarrassing. You can even see in the images, it’s not like they were busy. There’s not even a single customer sitting inside. And drive through was empty, so there’s really no excuse. Then again, would you want to eat somewhere where you had to stare and smell such a mountain of trash?

Early mornings and evening service can be poor during the day it's busy there are many problems and mistakes,
Self service for Cold drinks isn't available .
The restaurant bathrooms aren't easy-to-use..it's a
security related issue! Video monitoring and public announcements about reporting ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR TO THE POLICE WITH A DESCRIPTION...THIS SHOULD NOT BE legal they make mistakes and the police force is excessive..I don't feel safe when this happens

I just wanted to give a heads up for those who don’t know.
I was one of them. 😆
I ordered the spam, eggs & rice platter but substituted with bacon 🥓 instead.
I drove home, opened up the platter and there was just a teenie tiny slice of bacon but with a good amount of rice & eggs.
So I drove back, went inside and waited in line patiently until it was my turn to be helped.
I explained to the associate or (looked like) the manager my situation and asked if that’s how it is served. She said, yeah. I replied, “wow! 😆 Can I just get the spam instead?” She was glad to help and that right there earned her store a 5 star rating!
I guess my gripe would be with corporate… one slice? You gotta be kidding me! 😂 Auwe! No can.
