They use less oil, no canola oil at all and fresh veggies overall. My favorite sides were the lotus salad and the hijiki salad! Crunchy, lightly sweet, and packed with different ingredients. Dijon chicken was super juicy and the Dijon mustard was perfect. There’s a bone! Support local ~
