- LDLa DalOct 30, 20251.0I’m disappointed by the service of the male bartender and local female server ( in their 40s/50s) who were both quite cold. I usually like coming here but have recently felt a shift with service. It feels like a “what do you want” and “don’t bother me” vibe. There’s no small talk. The male bartender brought a cocktail to my friend who then asked for a glass of water and he scoffed audibly (not sure why). My friend felt uncomfortable and apologized to the male bartender when he brought the water. They food is good and the atmosphere is great, but I felt unwelcomed by these particular servers.

It tasted fishy and doesn't look like or taste of crab at all. The bartender couldn't careless about you, always look mean, and makes you feel unwanted. Well, this is a place for public and he is a worker there. They should be me more welcoming to any customers. I shop at Alamoana often and Nordstrom happens to be one of my favorite place to go.

Unfortunately, I experienced service from a female staff member that felt unfriendly and dismissive. She did not make eye contact, spoke with a curt tone, and did not say “thank you” at the end. I usually enjoy my visits to Habitant, but this experience was disappointing. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.
