- MMMerleNov 6, 20255.0Sandra, the General Manager, is awesome! She is always friendly, down-to-earth and creates a wonderful atmosphere and makes the start of your day a great experience! Sometimes Sandra is the only one serving her customers and she is always very pleasant and works hard to get the orders out in a timely manner! Sandra and her staff should be commended for making their customers feel valued and appreciated and in turn, I appreciate all of them. My experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts shop at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa are always pleasant and i look forward to coming to this location for my daily latte. Great job, everyone!
- ASAlexis SOct 30, 20251.0There is this one emo worker with piercings and tattoos that is rude to everyone and everything. Like, trust me, I get hating your job but do not take it out on the customers. Every cafe I have ever been to has been able to fill up my personal yeti water bottle for free. I asked her and I received immediate attitude from this worker. She said "its 83 cents" since the closest other cafe is starbucks and I am studying at Hamilton library it would not make sense for me to go there, therefore I paid while handing her my water bottle. During the entire transaction she was being rude and rolling her eyes, like maybe if you didnt charge me you would not need to ring me up! Then after I paid, she immediately ignored my water bottle and grabbed a plastic cup for water (waste of plastic), I ended up just pouring the water in front of her and throwing away the cup. My friends and I have complained about her constant attitude to us and other customers. She makes me not want to order from Dunkin Donuts purely due to her attitude, I hope she grows as a person.
