We waited for 15 minutes and was told it's being prepared. Waited 15 more minutes and was told it's being made now. Asked one more time and was told that they "lost" both pizzas. They finally gave us our pizza 10 minutes later. Not worth the inconvenience.
- A손혜정3 days ago1.0남편이 직접 주문했는데 진짜 한시간 넘게 기다렸습니다. 30분 정도 됐을때 하두 안나와서 근처 갔더니 일본분 이름을 물어보길래 아니라고했더니 그대로 돌아서서 신경도 안쓰더라구요. 먼저 주문한사람이 받아가는거보고 주문은 어떻게 됐냐고 물어보니 별일 아니라는 표정으로 wrong person 이 가져간것같다고 합니다. 이정도면 그냥 피자 결제안하고 가져가도 모를것같습니다. 서비스가 아주 처참합니다. 환불할거냐 기다릴거냐(이제 새로 만들기 시작)하는데 너무 화가났습니다. 굳이굳이 드셔야겠다면 10분에 한번씩 주문 제대로 하고있는지 확인하세요. 진짜 하와이 마지막날 기분이 안좋네요.
