  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were visiting from out of town and spending time in a bay with our family, and this experience truly meant a lot to us. My family hasn’t been back to the islands in almost a decade, so being together again, watching the Seahawks vs. Rams game, sharing food and drinks, and just enjoying each other’s company made this visit really special. Our server, Fernando, was outstanding. Even though he was clearly busy, he was incredibly attentive, consistently checking on us, keeping our drinks full, and making sure food kept coming out without any issues. His work ethic and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. The only con was that it took about 35 to 40 minutes for a manager to come and switch our bay tv to the Seahawks vs. Rams game. We understand this was not Fernando’s fault or the greeter’s fault at all, but after asking three to four different people for help, we were given the runaround and eventually just had to wait for it to finally be changed. That said, between being surrounded by family, enjoying the game, and having such a great server, it was still a wonderful experience. Thank you, Fernando, for taking such great care of us and helping make our time at Dave & Buster’s memorable!

  before it moved.... fire. now sucks! floor plan atrocious. hosts garbage and games rigged. only helpful person, manager on duty who cares about being patient and doing things well. He is amazing. But he is alone!

  This is our 1st time back to Dave and Busters since it moved from Ward center. The layout is nice, seems more spacious. Games are the same with a few new add ons like the arcade and human claw. But you have to pay those credits separately (which makes no sense since it's all in the same area). Buy your card, add credits then if you want the arcade or human claw, add those separately and individually. Been there twice on this trip. You walk in, you see workers at the front counter (hostess desk), busy talking stories or just staring at you or the door. Atmosphere sucks. No one really around but the security, who are actually alot more helpful and courteous. Go to the desk to inquire about a table and literally they seem annoyed with each other while trying to not do anything but ask about some personal drama. I think we interrupted their "talk story " time. Anyway, food was just blah....daughter ordered chicken parm Alfredo (she said it was overcooked noodles and there was no flavor). I ordered nachos with beef. Literally, no flavor in the meet and nothing but oil in the bottom soaking up the chips. Ordered pepperoni flatbread and cheese flatbread, both came out charred , really charred on the edges, made it super crunchy. Pepperoni was crunchy like chips. Dessert we ordered brownie tower and funnel cake fries . Brownies tasted like plastic. Like the kind that comes frozen and you have to defrost it and throw it in a microwave or airfryer. The funnel cake fries was the only edible item as well as the ice cream from the brownie towere and chocolate drizzle. Games were great as well as prizes. Service and food really needs a tune up, just not up to par. Actually, service and food at Lucky strikes with the games at Dave and Busters, would be a hit!

  Had a reservation at 1 PM to have lunch, we were seated and after that nobody was able to help us to take order, not even water.. we were seated for such a long time to the point we complained to the manager, it wasn’t even that busy, probably not going to come back here again to order food
