  The experience we had on a weekday was unlike any other. We were very lucky to be served by Andy, whose manager is Becky. Andy was prompt, funny, kind, caring, and inclusive to everyone on the table. My nephew had an amazing birthday. Mahalo Andy!

  The food was fairly processed and the portions were good. The drinks were tough and fairly priced (and not watered down). The games were fun but the price ratio is terrible, which is what affected my atmosphere score. You have to spend a lot of money in order to “win” anything decent.

  Awful service. Drinks were brought, 20mins later a lunch order, 10 mins later had to confirm our order, 30mins later our food. Ribs with soupy bbq sauce on french fries made more soggy gross bbq sauce fries. Buffalo Chicken wings were nearly unedible they were so spicey. Waitress didn't check on us once, even when we were waiting for our bill. We tracked her down ourselves and still waited another 12mins for our bill. Should've just went to the food court for better food and service.

  I entered the arcade, and there was a guy that yelled at me to stop and come over to him in a rude tone. He then asked "18?" Also in a rude tone. I then said "what?" Because saying a number dosent make any sense, and he just kept saying "18" in a ruder tone every time I said "what?". I then finally realized he meant "are you 18 years old?", and I responded "I am 15", because i was 15 years old. He then said "get out" without any explanation. When i asked why, he said in a rude tone, "you need to be 18 to enter the arcade". I then left, because i didnt want to argue with him. What? So just because im under 18 i cant go in? I didnt even get to look at the menu or games, because he wouldn't let me in! I didnt even have the chance to ask for anything because he wouldn't listen to me! Reminder that this is a arcade made for KIDS. At the old location, I was 7-8, and the staff was very nice to me, and let me in without a problem. I dont see the need to only allow adults, like i said, this is a kids arcade and their quote is "fun for all ages", but apparently, its only fun for adults!

  Had a great time here with our family for my daughter's 7th birthday! We had 2 hours of crazy game playing followed by a delightfully unhealthy dinner. Our favorite game to play was the fishing game! Food was great! Burgers and fries were all hot and yummy, and my wife said the salad was good too! I had a couple of margaritas that were in special and they were nicely made with lots of ice.
