  Walked in and ordered one pizza and garlic bread, quoted 15–20 minutes. After waiting nearly 50 minutes with no acknowledgment or name called, I was told the order had been sitting on top of the oven. That didn’t make the wait any more acceptable. Very disappointing experience, especially with the lack of communication. The food has always been good here, but the service this time was not.

  This was my first time ordering from Big Kahuna and I’ll definitely be back. Ordering for a family who all wanted different toppings, the 7” personal pizzas were a perfect option. At first I actually thought that might not fill me up, but it was a hearty pizza and plenty satisfying.

  My group of six had a wonderful experience at Big Kahuna’s! The food was outstanding — some of the best pizza we’ve ever had, especially the White Pizza. In addition, Sheldon, the owner, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was warm, attentive, and thorough in helping us navigate a few food allergies in our group. In regards to the allergies, he diligently walked us through ingredients (including showing pictures of food ingredient labels) and made sure everything was safe for us to enjoy. Thank you Sheldon and team for a great experience - we hope to be back soon!

  One of my faves . Something about their garlic cheese balls that makes it nostalgic . Grew up eating it as a child it was a treat . Now as an adult I stop by once in awhile and the quality is still the same . Customer service is always genuine. You can tell they cook with passion and love bc every bite tastes so good . I tried their bonzai pizza and it was bomb its my fav ! . We also tried their sandwiches also bomb , It is a bit of a wait when you order but everything is made to order . Fresh dough and ingredients. And quality takes time to make . Worth the wait and worth giving it a try . Mahalo big kahunas for still standing till this day to provide quality food , genuine customer service and always a great experience! 10/10 !

  I'm staying at a nearby airport hotel, which includes an overpriced and understaffed, poorly serviced restaurant. It was raining, and since I did not have a car, I was forced, I thought, into their restaurant my first night there. Fortunately, the next day I did a search for nearby restaurants that delivered, and discovered Big Kahuna Pizza. I ordered a 12" pizza for lunch and a Philly sandwich for later which was delivered by Uber Eats while still hot, and still spent less for those two delicious meals than I did for a bland loco moko bowl at my hotel. Hands down the best decision I've made in my three day stay in Honolulu!
