- EEEleaApr 14, 20261.0I ordered a cake in the box for my daughter's birthday, instructions online showed I could add writing. The writing is very sloppy, the "3rd" is barely readable, the only thing that looks good is her name. Called the store and Jane said they're not supposed to write on the "cake in the box" orders, so person that wrote on it did me a "favor". This would have been fine had they called me to say they cannot honor the special instructions. I am not trying to be ungrateful; I am very disappointed with the writing from Beau. Jane said to bring it back and they'd take it off or fix the writing, which I stated I will not bring it back and risk the cake being tampered with, as Jane is very upset I did not like the writing on the cake. She told me she could read it, and that she knows Beau for 10 years and no one's ever complained about his writing. She said she will not offer any kinds of compensation.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
