- DFDoug Fullerton1 day ago5.0It's Taco bell, one of only two on the big island! Stopped for a quick bite and food was good. I feel like it is slightly better than our local Taco Bells, quality-wise (suburban Detroit). They even had an order taker outside for the drive-thru ala Chick-fil-A.
- MPMel Purdy3 days ago5.0My husband and I have been going to Taco Bell on Kilauea Ave in Hilo because we enjoy the customer service that Joseph at the drive thru window gives us. Joseph’s customer service and the morning crews quality service on the food is over and beyond what is given to those who eat breakfast/lunch. We haven’t eaten in the evening yet at this place but we have eaten at the other Taco Bell in Hilo but, we totally enjoy coming to Tack Bell on Kilauea Ave. because their service is so welcoming and their food is DELICIOUS !!!!! Good job Joseph at the drive thru window, the cooks and managers in the morning and of course the rest of the morning crew !!! We appreciate you all and God be with all of you always !! The potatoes were crunchy. they were super fast. compared to US mainland. they took less than five minutes to make a Mexican pizza recommend coming. it’s warm inside not very cold. The only complaint is that they put little cheese on something we put $.75 for and that was extra cheese. That was not extra cheese. They did correct it, but it was less efficient.
