- AAAriana AranasNov 13, 20252.0I was in Hilo this week with family and we decided to visit this location an overheard one of the staff mention something about hating gay people and laughing about the incident at the Pulse nightclub. I'm not sure who it was that said all this, but I heard the name Tim get brought up and he was getting reprimanded by his other coworkers. I understand that people have different social and political views, but to laugh at a traumatizing event that happened years ago really made me uncomfortable and makes me wonder what kind of people taco bell hires. Other than that, the service was great and even though it was busy, I managed to get my food at a reasonable time.
- BWBrett WoodAug 27, 20251.08/26 9pm Due to a payment error (this has happened at this location before), I was told to drive up & come inside to pay. Park, front door is locked. Ignored for 5 minutes. A Large gentleman finally comes over and was very hostile, saying dining room is closed. I understand but was told just minutes before to come in to pay. Finally a manager by the name "Cherry" continued with the same hostility saying her employee was wrong & refused to even sell me or issue me my food for free. Very, very unprofessional establishment.. Just wanted a couple chalupas
