  We liked the food, but they seemed to be really understaffed the day we visited. We waited for 15 minutes and then had to ask to have a waiter come over to our table.

  They overbooked so even though we had a reservation we needed to wait 15-20 minutes before we could get seated. We ordered and had to wait an hour and fourty-five minutes to get our food. They gave us miso soup but didn’t give us or another table any spoons, which was confusing and felt worse when the table next to us got spoons with their soup later on. Our server had to run off before we could ask for spoons. The food was ok, but the Vegetable Don was charred and burnt and the tofu and vegetable noodles broth tasted burnt and smoky as well. The dessert was good, but we had to take it to go because we had been made to wait so long for every little thing and it was getting really late. Overall a disappointing experience with all the good reviews and positive impressions from online. The wait was the worst part of the experience and was very unexpected.
