- NSNicole SpearAug 8, 20251.0asked for spicy lemon pepper wings, gave me regular lemon pepper then when I said something she asks “is it okay if i just put it on top?”, I asked if she could mix it up in the wings then she just hands me the bottle of hot sauce also asked for cheese and bacon fries, they gave me plain fries, they also forgot my ranch. 10/10 would definitely go back.

When we got our sandwiches, there was no mayonnaise or ranch dressing like the sign said!! When I asked the lady if could have some mayonnaise and why didn't have, she told me u ordered no mayonnaise!!?? So she gave me a cup of ranch dressing. She could have asked if we wanted any spreads when we ordered!! We have had this sandwich many times at the NEX location and always loved it. Will not go back to this location.
