This is a restaurant. Legally you have to make bathrooms accessible for your customers.

I arrived and couldn't figure out why it smelled so strongly of urine; then I went inside and realized why: their restrooms aren't working—you can't even wash your hands! My kids ended up having to pee on the fence, too. 🤪 The staff are rude and rip people off—they don't include everything you ordered in your bag! I definitely do not recommend going there.

At the end of the day, you don’t go to McDonald’s for a Michelin star experience but’s it’s usually quick, cheap, and convenient.
The line was incredibly long at the drive thru but I ended up getting my food twice without paying extra because of a glitch in the app so that was nice.
I personally really enjoy the McFlurrys and breakfast options.

Our food came quickly, however, there is only one single stall restroom for the entire restaurant. Also asked for a refill of my pop (as a dine in customer) and was told they don’t give refills, their policy since COVID..
No self serve station for napkins, condiments, etc.

I recently ordered food at a McDonald’s location and asked for a cup of water with my meal. To my surprise, I was told I had to pay $1.19 for it.
Charging customers for a cup of water while they are already purchasing food is extremely disappointing. Water is not a luxury item it is a basic necessity. Turning something as simple as a cup of water into another profit opportunity reflects very poorly on the standards and priorities of the business.
What makes this even more troubling is that many McDonald’s restaurants are operated as franchises. If this is a decision by the local franchise owner, then it shows a lack of basic customer courtesy. If it is corporate policy, then that is even more concerning.
Either way, the result is the same: customers feel nickel-and-dimed over something that most restaurants provide as a simple courtesy when you are already paying for food.
I am sharing this experience so other customers are aware and so that McDonald’s management both corporate and franchise operators understand how policies like this damage the brand and the trust of the people who support their business.
