  The hamburger meat had been precooked and not fresh and not juicy. The fries were stale. Not your typical BWW.

  Food was soo bad, appetizer was still frozen inside, main course was very overdone. Unchewable. Super disappointing. 45 min to get food and there is only 6 customers in this whole place. Do not recommend

  Our server, Edward, made my experience extremely uncomfortable. He was overly touchy with me and my two friends, to the point where all of us felt uneasy. On top of that, he barely checked on our table and strongly smelled like weed, which was very unprofessional. He also gave one of my friends the wrong order, and when I politely tried to explain the mistake, he responded with unnecessary attitude. It then took about 35 minutes for her correct order to come out, and the incorrect dish was never removed from her bill. The combination of his rude behavior, lack of attentiveness, and inappropriate physical contact completely ruined our experience. Management seriously needs to do better when it comes to who they allow to represent their business.

  The food was great but the service was not it. Our server named Eddie reeked of weed. He made others feel uncomfortable and made other customers extremely uncomfortable and awkward. I’ve seen him harass others and make the hostes feel uncomfortable. He needs to be fired or else he should be reported to the authorities.
