Wasted $65!! Called them and they blamed DoorDash.

The fries were way over salted, the milkshake was not completely thickened and was runny like milk , so had to ask for a remake. The burger was good, no issues there. No complimentary cups available for water, and it's ridiculous that they want charge for cups too.

He waited another 10 minutes and when he asked the worker about it she snapped at him and said “you’re not the only customer here”. Really rude never had someone speak like that to us. The place was not crowded, the workers were just slow. On top of that the burger was mediocre. You can get a better burger from Teddy’s across the street. Can’t wait to see Five Guys Going Out of Business Sign.

No ketchup offered when I asked they said they were out and saving what they had for burgers. Sunday afternoon, 4 pm. I insisted upon ketchup with fries,received a half filled small plastic of ketchup with all the staff and then customers staring at me. Not wro g to expect ketchup with fries. You can keep your too expensive food,fries and ketchup. Ill likely never return.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
