  Vons Chicken in Honolulu is absolutely worth the stop if you are craving crispy flavorful chicken. The food is made fresh to order so expect about a 15 minute wait but it is time well spent. The chicken comes out hot crispy and packed with flavor which makes the wait feel completely justified. Parking can get a little crazy depending on the time of day so patience helps. A nice bonus is the small Asian market right next door which is perfect for killing time while your order is being prepared. It actually works out surprisingly well. Ordering is easy with a digital menu and touch screen self ordering system. You can also order ahead online which is probably the smartest move if you are in a hurry. Overall Vons Chicken delivers fresh crispy chicken with great flavor and a smooth ordering experience. Just plan for the wait and the parking and you will leave happy.

  I waited over almost 2 hours for an order I made PRIOR to coming in. The food was not prepared until after I came in to pick up my order. There were also people there waiting for an order they put in a previous day and their wait wait was long as well. Ridiculous.

  I’m glad I tried this place out, it’s my favorite wing spot now. I’m still thinking about the wings I day later. Fries could have been different or more served for the price but wings were so good I barely ate the fries.

  Horrible experience. Went in to pick up a phone order. The female working ( the only employee) doesn't speak English well which is fine but she is highly incompetent and does not know anything about customer service. I did notice that she was in the back breading chicken and putting it in the fryer with NO GLOVES then continued to assist me at the counter without washing her hands. She wiped them with something but still had flower on her hands and proceeded to grab my order to bring it to me. This is not proper hygiene. The floors were dirty as well as the back kitchen area that was visible. The cheap box of members mark oil was sitting in the middle of the greasy floor with a empty bottle of sanizer on top of it, upside down.odd Left without purchasing. Side note, I had Vons chicken before it's not the chicken that's bad per say more so the hygiene and cleanliness of the prep of food and space at this location. Have some pride in your brand and who u hire to run ur business. Disgusting Custom service: poor Atmosphere:filthy and no ventilation Would never purchase anything from this establishment. the Dept of health needs to pay them a visit
