  We visited burger king at centertainment tonight before we saw the premiere of the mandalorian ( obviously it was going to be a busy night for the fast food in that area ) upon arriving at the drive thru We were told for a potential 5 ,10 or 15 minute wait which was fine as we'd arrived 40 minutes before the film start time ...15 minutes later our food still wasnt ready and we could see other customers inside getting worked up and noone had actually been served food the whole 15 minutes that we were there . I approached the desk to ask what was happening and was told by a very polite young woman that they were trying their absolute best and were doing everything they could but it could be another 15 minutes, at this point I did state that we had a film that we couldn't miss and she said they'd be as quick as possible. I hung around and another girl approached the desk ( she'd just been in the back ) and had clearly been crying and was worked up , i asked her if she was ok and she just said ,I absolutely hate it here . My heart went out to her ! Why on earth are young girls coming out from the back of the kitchen in tears? This poor girl ! Anyway she brought our food out after about a 35 minute wait and the order was fine but that really is too long to be waiting for fast food and I have concerns for the Employee , I really hope the management can get on top of things and actually be prepared for a big cinema release night and not take it out on the young girls who work there , management MUST have known it would be busy and they should be preparing for such events !

  There was an extremely strong smell of faeces when stood at the till. The touch screens didn't work for blue light card, and was repeatedly told to try again by a man that couldn't speak any English. So we ordered at the till which should have put us off to begin with but we thought maybe it's something from outside. We waited for our food at a table, the man was shouting out order numbers to which we had no idea what to do as he didn't give us a receipt or a number so we had to guess what food was ours. When we got the food after a good 20 minutes it was all cold. Will not be returning it was vile.

  The burger was so dry and plain as well as the chips not having much taste to it.Would not recommend!!!
