Favorite Traditional Chicken pieces are prepared and cooked in store using only top quality fresh chicken from reliable approved suppliers.
Our Chicken Fillet Burgers, whether it's Traditional, Fillet of Fire or Double Ringer, are just that - all tender chicken breast hand prepared and cooked the way only Favorite can. The same for our Crispy Fillet Strips & Chicken Poppas, whole pieces of chicken breast, not minced, not processed, just natural succulent chicken.
Favorite Fries are pure potato, blanched in sunflower oil and all Favorite cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats.
In 1998 Favorite was the first UK food chain to declare a "GM Free Zone".

- VFVIN fersonMay 14, 20265.0I’ve always been a fan of Favorite Chicken the 'Fillet of Fire' and the chilli cheese poppers are easily some of the best in town and much better value than the bigger chains. The shop is always clean and the staff are friendly, but I’ve noticed the shutters have been down lately. I really miss having you open in the town center! Do you have an official date for when you’ll be back up and running? Rotherham needs its fix of the best fried chicken around!
- TATwr aggApr 29, 20261.0Went in had to wait for fry but wish it was the only thing I had to wait for not a minute or 2 after collecting my order id got on my bus and began to eat my chicken week that was it all the chicken products was cold and as I was on the bus I couldn’t go back to complain so as soon as I got home I rang the store and all I got was put in the oven to reheat I didn’t realise I went to buy hot chicken and had to recook when I got home so emailed customer service and all I’ve got from them is oh sorry we will have a word with the shop manager and that’s it I will never go to a favourite chicken place again there customer service is no good

Why does my chicken look pink?
Please note that our Spicy Crunchy Wings, Spicy BBQ Wings and our Fillet of Fire Burgers are marinaded prior to cooking in order to give them their unique flavour. This may sometimes cause them to appear pink in colour when cooked.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can change or amend your delivery address up until when you place your order.
Why was my order cancelled?
If there is a problem with payment or the store is unable to deliver for any reason, then your order may be cancelled. Any payment taken will be refunded within 72 working hours. For any queries, please email feedback@favorite.co.uk
