  First time user and would go again, burger was a bit cold but tasty, fries are much better than another local brand lol

  Complaint About Burnt Takeaway Burger I am writing to complain about a takeaway order I purchased today. When I opened the burger at home, I found that the meat patties were severely burnt and overcooked. Large parts of the patties were completely black, making the burger unpleasant to eat and not acceptable for the standard I would expect from Burger King. I have attached a photo of the food for reference.

  Pretty prompt service, food is always good for what you’d expect from a BK. Had a slight query on my last visit that was dealt with quickly and positively. It’s kept clean which is good to see but it is relatively new still

  went to drive through , very polite fast service top guy serving very friendly . cant ask for more . breakfast came hot and tasty . wont have a tastles mc brekky again rather go extra mile and get one thats tasty served with a warm smile . well done

  Fries were warm, burger slightly, warm, after complaining about the fries, did'nt want to complain again, but will do next time, love Burger King and so pleased we have one now close. I know its a drive through, but when customers come in to eat in, can't fries and Burgers be done while we wait. I'm sure more people would eat in if the food was hot. We will return, but just hope food for the price we paid is hot. Staff could smile a bit more, and be a bit more enthusiastic, and welcoming.
