  Staff on the collection window are the rudest people i have ever come across. The lack of communication is insane, the staff just hand over the bags without a single word being spoken. No hello as you pull up or a response when you say thank you. I had to ask twice if the whole order was in the bag to be looked at with the blankest expression. I get alot are working between uni etc and for most it's not a permanent position but it's ridiculous.

  Firstly, I have never been to a McDonald’s where the service is that crap, clearly they employees don’t care about you spending your money on the food. We did click & serve and we ordered our food, 30 minutes past and we still have not received our food ( it wasn’t even busy) We then proceeded to speak to someone and clearly they never made it as they had to remake it. We waited and received our first two bags of food. However, we was missing some of our food. We waited again, got our third back and still missing an item. We spent 1 hour getting our food. Absolute nightmare, the service was crap, why wouldn’t you check to make sure that everything is in the bag before handing it out, no care whatsoever. I was getting so annoyed because I had waited an hour for my dinner when normally when you order food no matter whether that’s drive thru or click and serve, you receive it quite quickly whether it’s busy or not. You would think, fast food equals food with a fast service. Absolutely joke, no apology.. nothing. Surely at 9.30pm, when its quiet you would get your food even quicker, as it was quiet. But no you don’t. I suggest if your going to get a McDonald’s from here at night, be prepared to either have missing food or not get it at all. What a waste of my time. Best to go to a proper restaurant you’ll have ordered food and receive food in that time.
