  The only good thing about this place is the self checkout machines. The staff on the tills here are awful. Today I was stood waiting with heavy items for 5 minutes as the lady was serving a customer in front. There were other staff around and another till available. Eventually after getting tired of not even being acknowledged and my items getting heavy I got annoyed and decided to use my card at self checkouts. If this is how the manned tills are going to be, some of the self checkouts should accept cash! Also they allow homeless people to sit outside the shop and I constantly get shouted verbal abuse by them as I’m entering the shop which makes me extremely uncomfortable. I’ve started going to Sainsbury’s down the road because the staff are nicer and I don’t get harassed outside the shop

  Its not m&s but when you forgot its sunday and waitrose closed 5 minutes ago you can always depend on tesco express to have you covered

  Never have any sandwiches on a morning and the self checkout machines are either out of order or card machines not working. Very disappointing for morning commuters.

  Staff are superb, everything is easy to find, self service sometimes a problem but that's same for most shops.
