  The staff are absolutely useless and rude. Took longer to be able to finally order what we wanted in store to the woman who was taking our order. She had no idea about any deals, prices or generally helpfull in the slightest. Infact she was extremely rude to my partner and said " you're confusing" we ordered a Margareta pizza, ham and onion and a box of chicken wings. Really not sure what was so confusing. We returned to collect our order 15 minutes later, for the same woman not to recognise us, this after we had just spent longer ordering the food with her than it actually took to cook it. When we arrvied home with our food, firstly they pizzas were wrong, both margarita pizzas but the quality of the food was poor too. Weve basically just spent £40 for nothing and to top ot off endure the most painful process to order the wrong food. Eneded up having to pay to go to the chippy instead of being able to eat the way below average food. If you're considering ordering from the acomb store... dont! Absolute s**t show from the start.

  I went to the Dominos in Acomb to place an order, but when I asked for jalapenos on only half of the pizza, I was told they couldn’t do it. Since even such a simple request wasn’t accommodated, I decided to cancel my order. I then went to Papa John’s, where the same request was accepted without any issue. It’s disappointing to see that customer satisfaction isn’t prioritized here.

  Samuel our delivery driver was an absolute joy. It’s cold out here but he’s still smiling & delivering great service!
