  The Co-op on Hull Road is an okay place to shop—nothing amazing, but it gets the job done. It’s convenient if you need to grab a few things quickly, and the location is useful for people nearby. The store is generally stocked with the basics, although sometimes certain items are missing or low. Prices are what you’d expect from a Co-op—slightly higher than bigger supermarkets, but acceptable for the convenience. Staff are usually alright—some are friendly and helpful, while others can seem a bit rushed, especially during busy times. The shop itself is fairly clean, though it can feel a bit cramped when there are a lot of people inside. Overall, it’s a decent local shop for quick visits, but not somewhere I’d rely on for a full weekly shop.

  a delightful co-op. nice and big. unfortunately, majority of their energy drink shelves were empty, which was the main reason for my trip here. wasn’t a fan of any of the flavours they did have in stock. a nice range of gluten free products and i was happy to get my favourite cookies here. my partner was also really happy to find some bottles of huel lite, as it seems most retail chains aren’t selling it these days. a huuuge carpark i don’t think anyone would struggle finding a space in. available for delivery on many well-known delivery apps 👍

  I’m a local driving instructor so pop into the Co-op shop on Hull Road several times a week. Usually to shop, sometimes to pick up students there and sometimes to use the loo. The recent improvements to the car park, white bay markings and pedestrian crossings are excellent making it a safe place to shop. The shop itself is always clean and tidy, the staff are always friendly and helpful and a good selection of food and other items such as flowers, take away coffees, lottery tickets etc are easy to find and purchase. All at a reasonable price. I have a Co-op Member card, which cost me £1 some years ago and regularly receive additional discounts through the membership. Today I bought some items, milk, bread and some sweets and used the loo. The usual 100% satisfaction was experienced and I must say the loo was spotless. Well stocked with paper towels, soap etc and I have no hesitation in awarding five stars!
