- JRJenny RowlandMay 24, 20265.0I've no idea with people complain about this store. They're always really helpful and polite when I shop there. They're sometimes understaffed, overworked. Probably underplayed as well, with some of the people and abuse they have to deal with on a daily basis. I'd like to see some of the moaners man a till and stack shelves at the same time. Managerial staff could do with more support from the top so staff on the floor can function effectively. It's not always the staff when things aren't perfect. Happy Shopper
