  Horrible customer service. They don’t want to serve people. Never shopping here again. Unfortunately I can see from the reviews that this is a common theme in this place. There seems to be a very bad culture in this shop.

  Its about time someone repainted the lines in the car park as folk dont know how to park in here.

  Blonde bloke mid 30s proper depressing look about him just rejected me for a sugar free redbull… I’m 27 holding my car keys and a credit card visibly hungover He says “Policy states it’s challenge 25” I say “yes but it’s 16+ to buy a red bull isn’t it” He says “ yes” I say “so you think I look 15 then?” He says “no but the policy is challenge 25” I say “so you’re telling me that despite the fact I look clearly over the age of 16, you won’t sell me the product” Says “no it’s the coop policy” Had to queue for 15 mins to be greeted with this experience Store has been a nightmare for years, I wish they’d just close it and replace it with anything else. 5 checkouts and yet there’s a permanent queue to top it off.
