Awful service, typical young staff just chatting ignoring long queues and self checkouts awaiting colleagues, tried 3 trolleys, all completely unusable with absolutely ruined wheels and lock thing, ended up having to lug a basket of stuff around the shop and to top it off the entire store and its grounds are REVOLTING and in desperate need of renovation what on earth is the awful yellow brown and browner?! Sort it out Tesco.

Paul Clark (Tesco Durrington's Manager) is what every manager up and down the country should aspire to be like. He was extremely helpful, personable and went above and beyond what was expected. Really big thank you Paul for sorting out my issue :)

In addition to the usual food, drink, toiletries, etc. they have a good variety of other products available: - Opticians - Pharmacy - Clothing - Beauty - Electrical - Home - Cooking - Toys - Mobile phones Outside the actual store, they have a barbers, costa coffee, Taco Bell, card factory, the works, pets corner, holland & Barrett. They also have a couple of ATM at the entrance to the store. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful and friendly. Overall Rating: 5/5
