I visited this Tesco today to collect an order as a delivery courier and was disappointed by the attitude of two members of staff. Their manner felt rude and dismissive, and the looks they gave me made me uncomfortable. I live nearby and regularly shop here. These same staff members are very polite when I visit as a customer, which made today’s experience particularly upsetting. Being treated differently because I was collecting a delivery order felt disrespectful. Couriers deserve the same basic courtesy as customers. I hope management addresses this and ensures everyone is treated with respect.

This is a idea and very convenient little shop. The car park is a little small and when there is a delivery it looses about a third of these and so can be very busy at times but does the job. There is disabled parking on site also. The shop is generally looking clean and presentable throughout, during the Covid there where moments where there was a lot of missing stock but this is to be expected. To be fair the staff have done a great job working through the challenges and getting the store back to standard. The staff are great and always willing to help as much as possible. The shop has self service, Costa coffee machine, alcohol, general day to day items, bakery, newspapers, lottery. The shop is all on one level so easy to access for wheelchair users, and cash point on site. Getting out of the exit can be a little difficult as its on a very busy roundabout but this is not the shops fault I guess.
