    A big Subway outlet which I frequently visit and after reading the reviews, I am very surprised as I have always had a good experience! As consumers, we choose where we take our custom to and if you believe that the service is not to your liking then you don’t have to return back to that particular outlet and take your custom elsewhere. But to target an individual publicly is humiliating and online bullying / trolling and depending on the individual mental health, this could lead to possible negative consequences. “If anything be kind”, “if you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything”. I would strongly recommend everyone thinking about what the feedback in their reviews and the impact it could have on someone and their families. However, we are in a world of free speech and democracy and I hope that the lady targeted won’t take these comments to heart and realises how she does a great job despite the minority. 🙏

    I love using subway, been to many, yet this one is terrible in many ways. 1) no matter how many times I asked for the meat on my ladies salad not to be cooked they still do. No other subway I have been to does this. 2) the staff just stand behind the counter looking very unfriendly and don't really talk to you, except to ask about your food, which they still don't always get it right. 3) the manager is not helpful and comes across as if the staff are afraid of her. She also was constantly staring at our table while my lady was breastfeeding our newborn. 4) the toilet smelt funny and had nowhere to change a baby, yet the size of the room could easily fit a changing table to a wall. 5) Too many tables making it very difficult for anyone who uses either wheelchair or pushchair to get about. 6) of all the subway restaurants I have used this was the only one where the staff don't greet you when you arrive or thank you when you leave.

    Very rude encounter with the lady serving today. I know its hot but theres no need for the attitude. Ive had encounters before and as many have commented, there seems to be no action taken. Very poor service, needs action.

    Very rude female staff (appeared to be Asian; I did not get the name). All I asked for was water as it was my only order, which I approached nicely for, but I received a very sarcastic and rude comment about my impatience, said out loud in front of other people. The others are doing great; it’s just disappointing that one person had to ruin it for everyone else.

    I would just like to praise a young man named Finn for his wonderful customer service. I don’t usually come in but was warmly welcomed by staff. Finn served with a smile and was very helpful. ( You don’t get that a lot 😆) Will definitely come back in! Thanks subway team!
