- NNNeamhSep 4, 20261.0Ordered my food waited around a hour and half for this food. I kept checking to see if they left the food in the porch as I said to leave as my baby is asleep. Nothing… ended up calling the restaurant for them to tell me the driver has left the food. When this is false information when I can see from my window who walks on to my drive way. I informed them no one has tried to even come to my front door and leave food. The man on the phone ended the phone call and called me back saying cause I said to leave in porch it’s my own fault if the food hasn’t been delivered. So I’ve just paid and wasted money on food to never be delivered and got no help while calling the restaurant also being spoken to so rudely.
- NMNiall MurphyAug 19, 20265.0Quite possibly the most consistent fast food place I've ever visited. The chicken is excellent, especially the wings, and the hard-working staff are always happy to serve you quickly. Great value for money and location, frequently open late. Best chicken in Worthing!
- ASAdem SertJul 7, 20263.0Considering the price, the service provided isn't bad.
- BCBarry CrispinMay 7, 20265.0great team and you can't fault them because they are always really to help you if anything happens
- MDMaksym DubrovApr 21, 20261.0I ordered food from this place and ended up waiting for an hour and a half with no update. Eventually, I couldn’t take it anymore and called them. They told me the delivery driver had already come by, but “no one answered” — which is simply not true. After I gave them my number again, they assured me everything was fine and that the driver would return. Then, just 10 minutes later, I got another call saying the driver wouldn’t be coming back after all because they were “too busy” and wouldn’t resend the order. Honestly, what kind of service is this? Completely disorganized, misleading, and a total waste of time. If this is how they handle orders, I’d seriously question who’s running the place.
