  There always seems to be a staff shortage resulting in the staff becoming stressed & that's not fair on them or their customers.

  Woeful customer service and negligence at its finest This store shows a complete lack of care and attention. This is not the first time I have received items delivered from this store where I have received damaged and rotten foods. Management really needs a revamp, and staff need to be re-trained. Have also received out of date foods on multiple occasions. I highly recommend not ordering from here online, or in person. Never again!!!

  Never answers their phone. I made an order through the app. Got someone else's order, now they're not doing anything to correct it.

  Worst place in Worthing as a costumer and delivery driver just awful, every time long queue only one person dealing with the costumers nobody to verify your age at self services.... The tall man always rude had arguments few times over some delivery orders that were sitting behind the counter for ages....
