  Ordered a delivery, with two milkshakes and a monster in the meals, we received one chocolate milkshake that taste out of date and coke? It literally says on the ticket what goes in the bag, I know because I have worked in fast food it’s really not that hard. The prep tag was left blank so we don’t know who prepared the order either. Also no answer to the shop phone when we called to inquire as to why we didn’t get what we payed for.

  DO NOT COME HERE! As a vegetarian from a big vegetarian family, I was trying to order 5 vegan whoppers and 2 vegan royales. The service here was awful, our blue light wouldn’t work at the screen and so we began ordering at the till, when the worker said our code would not work here I said that’s fine, we would go elsewhere. The worker stopped me and said he would manually add 20% off the order and proceeded to turn around and shout out our order into the kitchen before we had confirmed the price and paid. When he asked us to pay he had only taken £4 off the total and when we said this to him he got very irate and stressed, he said we would be costing the company £120 (our order was only £60) and he continued to shout at me as I had disagreed with what he was saying. I felt we were alienated for being vegetarian as the manager had said that they do not store the vegetarian options and so they were cooked fresh, and that it was our fault the food had already been made. When I explained that he shouted the order through to the kitchen before we had confirmed and paid, he got the stickers and waved them in front of us to say that it had already been processed. He then said he would get the manager to speak it through with him. We were ignored and so after waiting for 10 minutes another worker asked if he could help, when we explained we were waiting for the manager he explained that the man who had been shouting and acting rudely was the manager! He avoided us even after hearing this conversation, so we took our business elsewhere- uncle Sam’s was very accommodating.
