  Derek is a true professional and an exceptional member of the restaurant team. He pays close attention to every detail of each order, carefully considers every request, and makes sure his guests have the best possible experience. What impressed us most was that he went above and beyond by helping us when our phone battery died. It was a small act of kindness that made a big difference.   Great experience at Wondertree, as always. The staff are really nice and acomodating, making your life asier while travelling either alone or with family. From Natalia at the entrance to Darek serving at the table, just smiles and great treatment. Food is tasty, with plenty of options and served quickly. As an extra, the views through the huge windows are very entertaining for the kids

  We were blessed to have Claudia take care of us, she is extremely nice and such a hard worker. She made sure all my allergies were accommodated (gluten and hemp seeds) and provided an excellent experience. We enjoyed a delicious oat milk matcha, gluten free avocado toast with a perfectly poached egg and smoked salmon on top, with yummy sweet & savory porridge. Will definitely return when we’re back.

  We had a wonderful experience at Wondertree Gatwick. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. Our server, Claudia, was polite, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She provided excellent service throughout and always had a smile on her face. The drinks arrived promptly, and the food followed shortly after. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for great food and speedy, friendly service, this is definitely the place to visit. Thank you, Claudia, and the team for a fantastic dining experience!

  Had a wonderful start to our journey at Wondertree in Gatwick. The food was excellent – I thoroughly enjoyed the Moroccan Breakfast, while my wife loved the Croque Madame. Paired with delicious Prosecco Mimosas and perfectly made cappuccinos, it was a fantastic dining experience. What truly made our visit special, however, was the exceptional service from Elsa. She was fast, efficient, friendly, and genuinely funny, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Elsa is a true people person with outstanding customer care skills and a natural ability to make guests feel valued and looked after. In a busy airport environment, service like this really stands out. Thank you, Elsa, for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through Gatwick.
