- MBMaureen BurgessSep 22, 20261.0Just been in Tesco at Pulborough and it is my preference to pay cash. The only cashier was card only. I had no option but to use the self service which actually stated it was card and cash. After unloading my trolley of shopping on the conveyor belt the scanner said it was card only. I asked an assistant if a cashier could handle my shopping as I wanted to pay by cash. She was totally unhelpful and walked away. I will be complaining to Tesco but I hope head office looks at reviews attached to this particular store because the service they are providing for their customers is appalling. I have been using this store for years but the service is no where near as good as it used to be. I shall shop elsewhere in future.
