I was very disappointed to see poor food handling practices. The same hands were used to handle both vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings, dough stretching, labelling and in between other orders as well. I felt really helpless and kept thinking about my order as a vegetarian/vegan customer. At one point I was hoping she would wash her hands ??? This raised serious concerns about cross-contamination and food safety standards.

Really rude, appalling customer service over the phone. I suppose you have to expect that when you have teenagers working for your company.
