  Me and my mates were having a great chilled time at wagamamas for my birthday, then we went to the toilet, came out of it and sat down, then a rude lady in glasses comes up to me and my mates and accuses us of "making a bad mess in the bathroom" even though we behaved sensibly and there was already a puddle of pee below the urinal and the toilets were already in bad condition, overall we had a great time with our food and service speed, but the lady in glasses ruined my birthday lunch, don't go to wagamamas if you are a teenage friend group trying to have a nice time.

  okay let me be honest here i was at my friends birthday, ive been going since i was younger. it was nice we go to it however the end of the time we were there we went to the bathroom and we had notaced that there was pee on the floor, it smelled terrible and was only in there to go to the toilet, i was with 3 of my friends at the same time, we got back and got the bill and then a minute later the lady manager came up to is and accused us on apparently "trashing her bathroom" she then also said we kept the taps on, which my friend also checked we them refused and she insisted that we dideave them on, just because we came as a teenage group,

  Fantastic food and very quick service but the lady manager with glasses blamed us for supposedly "trashing the bathroom" however we did not trash the bathroom and the bathroom was already dirty with pee and the floor also we were very polite do not come here as a teenage group age 13-16 or you will be accused for doing things you didnt

  Superb oriental food in a relaxing environment. Visited several times and never disappoints - donburi bowls are especially good!

  Food is great here for a chain restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Today we were served by James who was fantastic.
