We had a really lovely evening at Wagamama. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in, and while someone found us a table, two other members of staff checked that we were being looked after – a great first impression. Lucy, our server, was fantastic. My husband’s favourite dish is no longer on the menu, but she worked out how to adapt another dish to get it as close as possible. She was friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Evelyna also checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was good. The food was freshly cooked and delicious, the service was excellent and we felt really well looked after.

Yesterday evening Experience was good until walking out the door where the male waiter with long hair was speaking to his friends in the doorway just outside the restaurant as we walked past One of the his friends asked him did you spit in their food? He replied of course I did. Very unprofessional and disgusting joke but I thought I would give the him the benefit of not embarrassing him in front of his friends but instead a glowing review will definitely never be back there again
