Went with my son and daughter in law for lunch. Very welcoming staff. Beautiful beamed eating area looking out onto garden. Food and drink very good and reasonably priced.

Popped in for lunch, friendly staff, felt easy and comfortable, great environment, good drinks selection, good zero low alcohol selection, great food at a good price. Had the fish and chips of their lunchtime menu which was perfect. Thank you Lottie and Julie for making our visit feel special.

Friday evening visit for dinner with my wife. Definitely cut above standard pub food. Nice menu selection. We had flatiron steak and rack of lamb which were well prepared, tasty and well presented.. Service was very attentive and friendly. Was not very busy and appears that the customers come earlier as last food orders at 8:15. Had a sticky toffee pudding with chocolate and Guinness ice cream which was very good if not almost too rich. Extensive drinks menu also with several low or non alcohol cocktails and beers. Pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly go back.
